no lust no love, no care in the world
no room for ourselves, we do not take board
we let others rule us, to easily give in
sleepless nights follow, the devil within

what can we feel close, when do we care
when does this endeavour stop beginning, just end
we cannot feel close, to those we leave back
to fall so far behind, how did we get slack

now that where here, not in the past
nor in the near future, things don't tend to last
so live for the future, the here and the now
where things are much simpler, no dramas, no care!
