to hurt to run, and not to care
to be there for you, till the end
why bother why care, why still stand here
when nothings left, no-one nowhere

to be betrayed, and turn your back
yet still stand strong, and take the wrap

you may not see me, in your soul
rest assured, i lay real low
so when you weep, and feel real sorrow
allowing these tears, to drip and follow
you feel real deep, into your heart
there I'll be, hiding in the dark!
